Gibson Shipbrokers wants to see urgent action to combat the cyber security threat to shipping following the ransomware attack on the Colonial Pipeline in the US.
Colonial is said to have paid a $5m ransom to open up its computer systems again after hackers struck on 7 May.
The pipe supplies 45% of US east coast's fuel demand, from the US Gulf.
