Furetank Rederi has taken advantage of rising asset prices to sell two dual-fuel biogas tankers, raising cash for new vessels.
The Swedish company said it is offloading the 18,000-dwt Vinga-class Fure Vale (built 2018) and Fure Ven (built 2019) to Finnish oil company Neste.
However, the ships will only be handed over in October and December next year, when the first of seven new Vinga tankers are delivered to Furetank and its partners.
