Sweden’s Furetank has ordered ship number 11 in a series of dual-fuel product tankers running on LNG and liquid biogas (LBG).
The owner said the latest 17,999-dwt Vinga-class vessel will be built by China Merchants Jinling Shipyard in Yangzhou, for delivery in July 2024.
The contract comes with an option for an unspecified number of extra ships.
