Frontline is asking shareholders to approve a change of corporate domicile and a big share capital increase as it prepares for its takeover of Euronav.
The Oslo and New York-listed company has called a special general meeting in Hamilton, Bermuda, on 20 December.
Investors will get a vote on whether the John Fredriksen-controlled owner moves its registration from Bermuda to Cyprus.
