The Frontline tanker Front Altair that was damaged by an apparent torpedo attack in the Persian Gulf is expected to return to operation in the fourth quarter.
The 110,000-dwt vessel (built 2016) was damaged by an explosion after it had passed through the Strait of Hormuz in June.
