John Fredriksen has sold some of his shares in DHT Holdings after the Frontline takeover target bought the BW Group VLCC fleet last week.
Fredriksen’s stake in DHT was split between Frontline and private entities and both have now reduced their holdings with 1.8 million shares offloaded.
The transaction lowers Fredriksen’s interest in DHT from 16.4%to 14.3%, according to an SEC filing today.
