Four tankers carrying US crude are stuck in limbo off Venezuela due to a payment row involving PDVSA and BP.
The vessels have 2m barrels in their tanks, but cannot discharge at the Jose terminal until the UK oil major’s bills are settled, Reuters reported.
Sources said the cargoes are part of a tender awarded by the Venezuelan state oil company to BP and China oil in March.
