Venezuela’s national oil company is seeking to renew its fleet with a cut-price deal for two new aframaxes in Iran.
The contract has been signed for vessels to be named the India Urquia and India Mara as part of an existing construction agreement that has been affected by delays, sources cited by Reuters said.
The vessels will be built at Iran Marine Industrial Co (Sadra) at a price of $33.77m
