The first European-operated tanker has arrived at a Russian port to load crude since Moscow imposed new restrictions on the trade in price-capped oil.
The 114,800-dwt Minerva Alice (built 2006) started loading 720,000 of Urals crude at the Baltic port of Primorsk on 1 February for expected delivery in India this month, according to Kpler cargo and vessel tracking data.
