The Saverys family has revealed its strategy for Belgian tanker owner Euronav after selling 24 VLCCs to John Fredriksen’s Frontline.

The company will retain its Brussels and New York listings and could buy part or all of the “future-proof” fleet controlled by the clan’s private Compagnie Maritime Belge and CMB.Tech operations.
