Belgium's Euronav is making a tidy profit from selling its oldest and smallest ship.
The 147,000-dwt suezmax Cap Jean (built 1998) has gone to an unnamed buyer for $10.6m, all of which will be booked as a capital gain in the second quarter.
It was delivered on 8 June.
The deal is part of a fleet rejuvenation programme, the owner said.
