A new survey has revealed which European Union (EU) countries have the worst attitudes to tackling climate change caused by shipping.
A list of those keenest to reduce emissions was topped by Germany, Belgium and France, following by the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, the UK, Denmark, Luxembourg and Finland, according to environmental pressure group Transport & Environment (T&E).
The rankings were based on written and oral submissions to the IMO by EU countries.
