Idan Ofer’s Eastern Pacific Shipping has found employment for its two dual-fuelled LR2 newbuildings that are under construction at China’s New Times Shipbuilding.
The Singapore-based shipping company has fixed the pair of 110,000-dwt product carriers to Clearlake Shipping — the chartering arm of commodity trading giant Gunvor — for five years. But the charter rate for the LNG-fuelled LR2 tankers has not been disclosed.
