DHT Holdings is sticking to its neutral stance on scrubbers and has revealed further details of its approach to IMO 2020 legislation just days after Singapore moved to ban open-loop scrubbers.
New York-listed DHT is fitting scrubbers to 18 of its 27 VLCCs and has taken steps to adjust to further potential changes in legislation.
