Italy’s d’Amico International Shipping has confirmed the sale of a 10-year-old MR tanker as it continues its focus on young tonnage.
The Paolo d’Amico-led owner said the 47,147-dwt Glenda Megan (built 2009) has been sold to an undisclosed buyer for $19m.
The disposal will generate around $8.1m
