A Croatian shipbuilder has won a contract to complete a chemical carrier newbuilding ordered in Russia way back in 2004.
The 3 Maj yard told the Poslovni Dnevnik newspaper that the unnamed 45,000-dwt ship is 75% complete.
The owner, British Virgin Islands-registered Viterlef Management, now wants to finish the vessel after a long gestation.
