Seafarers on board a sanctioned Russian aframax tanker have been stuck on the ship for up to 15 months, a family member has said.
Yulia Khairulaeva, who is married to one of the 21 crew members on board, told Russian website Lente that food and medical supplies are running short on the 115,000-dwt Inda (built 2003), which is anchored off Gujarat.
