The global Covid-19 pandemic continues to hit seafarers, with a latest outbreak reported on Thursday in Greece.
The crew of a Greek-managed product tanker have been in isolation in their cabins off the port of Piraeus after more than half contracted the coronavirus on board.
Sixteen out of 25 seafarers on the 105,700-dwt Merbabu (built 2008) have been infected, Greek officials told TradeWinds.
