Claus-Peter Offen is said to have sold a pair of handysize product tankers.
Shipbrokers report the German company has parted with the 37,000-dwt CPO Larisa Artemis and the CPO Larisa Athena (both built 2004).
A price of $7.8m is being placed on each of the Hyundai Mipo built tankers.
