Hong Kong-based Cido Shipping has exited the handysize IMO-II chemical-tanker segment with the sale of its last four vessels.
According to broker reports, Cido has sold the Hyundai Mipo Dockyard (HMD)-built 36,700-dwt ships — the Atlantic Sirius (built 2010), Atlantic Symphony, Atlantic Canyon and Atlantic Jupiter (all built 2009) — in an en-bloc deal for $68m, or an average price of $17m each.
