After 25 years with one Basil and 13 years with one James, tanker broking house Charles R Weber is stepping into the future behind the two Christoses.
The 81-year-old Connecticut house spent 38 years with only two managing directors and now has two at once, having chosen Christos Papanicolaou and Christos Alexandrou as its new double-barrelled leadership team.
The two long-time friends quietly stepped into their new roles as co-managing directors of Weber when James Ford elected to take retirement on 31 March.
