Marine loadings of Kazakh oil in the Black Sea will likely face constraints over the next few weeks after the operator of a pipeline announced late on Monday it is suspending the operation of two single-point moorings (SPMs) off Novorossiysk.
Only SPM-3, the third of the three offshore moorings available, will continue transshipment operations, the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) said in a statement.
