Shipbroker John Welham is making a new play in the world of sale and purchase by taking up a new position with Associated Shipbroking.
The Monaco-headquartered shop said Welham will be joining as a director of S&P with immediate effect.
Associated Shipbroking president Jim Mcloughlin told clients in an announcement: “John brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge having been a broker with SSY [Simpson Spence Young] in London for more than 40 years and serving as [its] chairman for 15 years.”
