Braemar Shipping Services has sold its incident response business to Brazilian environmental services company Grupo Ambipar.
London-listed Braemar placed Braemar Response on the market in May this year and has now agreed a £774,000 ($1.02m) deal with Grupo Ambipar.
While the figure is less than the £900,000 Braemar paid for the business back in 2006, it notes Braemar Response has generated £4.25m
