BP’s approach to a chartering claim from National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (NSCSA) has been described as “surprising as it is unattractive” by a London appeal court judge.
The court today ruled in favour of NSCSA over a demurrage claim arising from a voyage by the 303,000-dwt Abqaiq (built 2002) that encountered various delays.
