Bouchard Transportation is looking to the courts to force the US Coast Guard and ABS to move forward with the approvals it needs to start sailing again.
The Long Island tug and barge operator filed a complaint against the duo as part of its ongoing Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings last week, arguing they are violating their legal duty to review Bouchard's new safety management system.
