Tankers will soon be calling in Ecuador after the country’s 450,000 barrels per day OCP pipeline restarted operations after a 16-day shutdown.
Force majeure was implemented last month by Petroecuador after storms caused erosion along the Quijos River.
Kpler said the outage led to Ecuador’s exports plummeting to their lowest level in two years, hitting 263,000 bpd.
