Shipowners organisation Bimco is launching new sanctions clauses for time and voyage charters in a bid to increase certainty for all parties.
The Danish body said work is close to completion, and final drafts will be presented to its documentary committee for adoption on 5 December.
The new sections will replace existing sanctions clauses.
