Owners' organisation Bimco has appointed a manager for its new office in Athens.
Elena Tassioula will be tasked with engaging with current members in the city and growing the membership in Greece, it said.
“I’m very pleased that Elena will be joining our team. She has worked in shipping, but she also has experience from other industries, and that will enable her to look at how we do things with fresh eyes,” said Erik Jensby, Bimco head of business development.
