Canadian billionaire Prem Watsa has revealed a stake worth close to $10m in US tanker owner International Seaways.
In a Securities and Exchange Commission filing, the tycoon said his insurance group Fairfax Financial Holdings had acquired 572,954 shares in the New York-listed shipping company.
Fairfax — the biggest shareholder of containership owner Atlas Corp — paid between $14.69
