Norway’s American Shipping Company (AMSC) has showed its faith in improving US Jones Act MR tanker markets by maintaining its dividend despite losing three charters with Overseas Shipholding Group (OSG).
The Oslo-listed owner of product tankers said in December that bareboat agreements for two tankers had been extended by a year to December 2023, but charters for three more will end at the end of 2022.
