Altera Infrastructure, formerly Teekay Offshore Partners, has sold its last 1990s-built shuttle tanker for demolition.
The Aberdeen-based company said the 126,000-dwt Navion Anglia (built 1999) had gone for "responsible recycling" in Turkey.
The Navion Anglia is believed to have been sold for $6m generating a profit of around $1m.
Ships sold for scrap fetch higher prices on the Indian subcontinent, due to lower environmental compliance costs, where the vessel might have gone for over $16m.
