New York-listed KNOT said it has been notified that BG Group will not be exercising its option to extend a fixture involving the 162,000-dwt Windsor Knutsen (built 2007).
The company noted the process of re-employing the vessel, which is operating in Brazil and due for be redelivery between 30 June and 30 August 2014, is “ongoing” but didn’t indicate whether it has lined up any promising leads.
