An affiliate of Greece's Sea World Management has secured court order seizing the website of Nigerian energy company Aiteo in a dispute over a collapsed voyage charter.
Challenger Trading, the registered owner of Sea World's 40,700-dwt tanker Admiral L (built 1990), filed the case in the US state of Delaware against Aiteo and Valeska Shipping Lines, which are alleged to be sister companies under the control of Nigerian billionaire Benedict Peters.
