Shipowner and charterer Vitol has struck a deal to take over a Danish company converting plastic waste into oil products.
The trading giant said it is acquiring another 66.84% of Oslo-listed technology operation Waste Plastic Upcycling (WPU).
The deal was priced at NOK 15 per share, for a total outlay of NOK 528.4m
