Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (Adnoc) is spending AED 13.28bn ($3.62bn) to buy out partner OCI Global’s stake in green ammonia producer Fertiglobe.
The deal will see Adnoc take over OCI’s entire majority 50% plus one share holding in the Abu Dhabi-listed venture.
Adnoc will have 86.2%
