Sun Enterprises VLCC heading for fellow Greek owner

Sun Enterprises is believed to have sold its sole trading VLCC in a transaction with a fellow Greek owner.

Sales reports have surrounded the 309,500-dwt Meandros (built 2000) for the past few days, and the ship was last week mentioned as a fifth vessel potentially heading to Ridgebury Tankers.

Now multiple shipbrokers sources believe the vessel has been purchased for around $20m by an unknown Greek owner.
