Spring Marine Management of Greece has stepped into the market to increase its product tanker fleet, brokers say.
The shipowner is tipped to have purchased the 48,000-dwt Nord Intelligence (built 2010).
A price of $16.5m is being placed on the Japanese-built tanker, which brokers say indicates pressure on the value of such tonnage.
