Reports emerged this week suggesting that Taiwan handysize bulker owner Sincere Industrial has found a buyer for yet another bulker.
The 32,000-dwt Acacia Bulker (built 2005) appeared on two broking reports that suggested it had been sold for between $7.2m and $7.5m.
It remains unconfirmed who the buyer is, with one report suggesting it is Qatar Navigation, an unlikely scenario given that the Qatari company has a strong preference for modern tonnage and is not active in the dry bulk trades.
