China's Yangzijiang Shipbuilding has confirmed orders for four 82,000-dwt bulker newbuildings as part of series of new orders for 13 ships worth $318m.
Few other details about the contracts were disclosed by the Singapore-listed company other than the ships would be delivered between 2018 and 2020.
TradeWinds reported on Friday that Greece’s Chartworld Shipping had ordered four kamsarmax newbuildings at Yangzijiang at $23m each.
