About 1,800 workers have returned to Croatia's troubled shipbuilder Uljanik Group after a month-long strike.
Strike committee head Boris Cerovac told the Hina news agency that most staff had restarted work.
But some have remained at home due to part of their wages being unpaid, while others could not afford travel costs to the yards.
Work has resumed on a cruiseship and dredger.
