Croatia's Uljanik Group wants to sell its 3 Maj shipyard as it undergoes bankruptcy proceedings.
The company is inviting expressions of interest for its entire 88.27% stake in the Rijeka plant.
The deadline for letters of interest is 27 August, the yard group said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
