StarOcean Marine of China has returned to Zhoushan Changhong International Shipyard for more feeder container ship newbuildings.
The Chinese shortsea liner operator also known as Ruiyang Shipping has contracted two 2,500-teu newbuildings to be delivered in the first half of 2024.
The deal brings the company’s orderbook for 2,500-teu feeder vessels at the Chinese shipyard to eight.
