Singapore has raised concerns about the planned merger of South Korean shipbuilders Hyundai Heavy Industries and DSME.
A statement from the Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore (CCCS) said it had completed its Phase 1 review of the proposed acquisition of DSME by HHI holding company Korea Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering Co (KSOE).
