A new shipyard is to form part of a $450m port development plan in Nigeria.
This Day reported that construction work for the project at Tomaro free trade zone has begun.
The site will also include a refinery, an access slipway, oil storage tanks, a water treatment plant, a power generation plant, a container depot and a crude distillation unit.
