PTT Public Co of Thailand is seeking to charter a dual-fuelled VLGC newbuilding.
The state-owned oil and gas company has put out a tender to charter the gas carrier on a long-term contract, sources said. The charter period is said to be for three to 10 years.
This is a rare tender exercise by PTT to procure shipping tonnage, according to gas market sources.
