Italian shiprepairer Palumbo Group is offering to take over Croatian shipyard Viktor Lenac.
It is teaming with Malta-based P&L Shiprepair for the offer, Viktor Lenac said, according to the SeeNews agency.
The two companies want to buy the 59.48% in the yard they do not already control.
Palumbo holds 18.24%, while P&L has 22.28%, Viktor Lenac said in a Zagreb stock exchange filing.
