The newly renationalised Gdansk Shipyard is aiming to resume shipbuilding once again.
The government has acquired the site on Ostrow Island from Ukrainian politician Sierhiy Taruta's Industrial Union of Donbass (IUD) group, and now has a resurrection in mind.
The PNS news agency reported that the yard will work with Pomorska Special Economic Zone (PSSE) and the Industrial Development Agency (ARP) to target new orders.
