UK-based steel group Liberty House is reportedly negotiating a takeover of struggling Indian shipbuilder ABG Shipyard.
The Business Standard daily quoted a source close to the development as saying: “Negotiations are on. There will be more clarity on the deal within the next 10 days."
The report said the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has asked other lenders to bring ABG to the National Company Law Tribunal to resolve its debt issues.
