Croatian yard tycoon Danko Koncar is in talks to resurrect a cancelled Kuwaiti newbuilding at troubled Uljanik Group.
The businessman is discussing a plan with Livestock Transport & Trading to revive a deal for a 13,700-dwt livestock carrier at the yard.
Koncar, who owns compatriot shipbuilder Brodotrogir, would commit to building the ship with Uljanik's bankruptcy managers, the daily Glas Istre said.
